About The Event
Anini Winter Fest is a two-day mountain festival celebrating the culture, music, adventure, and natural beauty of Dibang Valley. Visitors can enjoy live performances, local food, cultural experiences, camping, ATV rides, rafting, guided hikes, and other outdoor activities in one of India's most remote Himalayan destinations.
Terms & Condition
- It is mandatory to show the pass to ensure entry for the event.
- No screenshot or camera-captured pass will be entertained for entry.
- Ticket once booked can't be cancelled and no refund will be issued once booked.
- Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly permitted by the organizer.
- Attendees must carry a valid government-issued photo ID.
- Visitors entering Arunachal Pradesh are responsible for obtaining any required permits, including an Inner Line Permit (ILP), where applicable.
- Failure to obtain the required travel permits does not qualify for a refund.
- Illegal substances and prohibited items are strictly prohibited.
- Adventure activities are subject to safety guidelines and participant eligibility.
- Participants must follow instructions issued by event staff and safety personnel.
- The organizer reserves the right to modify the schedule, lineup or activities due to weather or operational reasons.
- The organizer is not responsible for any loss of or damage to personal belongings.
- In the unlikely event that Anini Winter Fest is cancelled entirely by the organizer and is not rescheduled, refund procedures, if any, will be communicated by the organizer. Please contact the organizer in such cases.
- These terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time at the discretion of the organizer.
